How to Register
1 . Click on Student Handbook and read our schedules and policies. 2 . We will begin registration for the upcoming session according the the dates posted in the Session Schedule. You may, however, begin lessons during a current session and received pro-rated tuition for the lessons that have already occurred. 4 . Either fax to 713.490.0521 or bring to our facility your completed forms. Documents may also be emailed to swimschool@msn.com in a PDF format. 5 . Once we have your completed paper work, we will call you to confirm class times for your child. The Registration Fee and first session's tuition will be due at the time class times are confirmed. Registration fee and tuition are non-refundable. 6 . In order to be placed on the wait list for future class times, the appropriate non-refundable registration fee will be due. 7 . Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your child's first lesson to receive a class pass and become familiar with our facility. 8 . All students must check in at the front desk prior to each lesson. Once paperwork and tuition payments have been verified, we will issue a coded pass. Each instructor has a different pass for easy identification. There is a 3 second bell to dismiss classes and a 5 second bell indicate the beginning of new classes. Please enter the pool area in between the bells. After you have introduced your child to his/her instructor, please return to our comfortable reception area and watch your child discover the wonderful world of aquatics at SwimJim Texas. |
